1.     We found Christopher on the Internet and were immediately impressed with his website. We were first time home sellers and found his site to be very educational and informative. Based on this information, we called Chris and had him come over to share with us his marketing plan. We interviewed three other Realtors for the job, but we decided to go with Chris. He gave us this list on questions to ask other Realtors, and most of them “choked” on the questions and could not compare to the services Christopher offered us. Our house wasn’t that expensive but Christopher made it look like a million dollars! The photographs and the video were awesome. Christopher also gave us a code or password to his website where we could see how buyers were finding our listing on the Internet. It was pretty cool. Our house sold after almost four months on the market and Christopher also helped us buy our next house. The whole situation was pretty nerve racking for my husband and I but Christopher talked to us quite a bit over the phone and he reassured us that everything would work out. Sorry for asking you so many questions over that time period Christopher!!! Thanks for all your help and let us know if you need anything else from us. Have a great day!     Carson & Jen

2.    When we were ready to sell our house, we didn’t really know who to contact. We had only lived in Cedar Rapids for three years and didn’t know any Realtors. We did a search on the Internet and found Chris’s website. We downloaded one of his seller checklists from his website and found it to be really helpful in our planning for our house sale. We interviewed Chris at our house and decided to go with him because he was so excited about everything we had done to our house while we were there. We figured that anyone that excited about our house would go all out to help us find a buyer for our house. We also loved his use of video for our house. In fact, we loved it so much, that we requested copies of DVD’s so we could share with our co-workers and family. We are glad to have met Chris and really appreciate his services. We are sorry however that we are moving out of town so we cannot recommend him to anyone in our new home in Indiana! James & Dee

3.    We heard about Chris from a friend of ours at church and they recommended his services. My fiancé and I actually had two houses to sell because we were moving into one house in Marion. Initially, we thought the prices that Chris wanted to list our houses at were kind of low. He shared with us the comparables of homes like ours that had sold so we could understand the current market. After we understood this, we listed our houses with Chris. Terry’s house sold in two and a half weeks, and my house took about four months. Anyway, it was a very stressful time in our lives and Chris was kind of the calm in the storm. We would highly recommend his services to anyone! Thanks Chris   Richard II & Terry

4.    Christopher did a great job in showcasing our home. I can’t remember how many photographs he took but there were a lot. Also, his video of our house was beautiful. The last agent we used barely put a sign in the ground and was not easy to get a hold of. I guess Christopher restored our faith in real estate agents and he was able to sell our house, after we made a few changes to the inside. I hope this letter is okay Christopher. Let us know if you need us to write anything more. Thank you for helping us.   Todd & Penny

5.    We really put Chris through the ringer when we first met him. We kind of felt like we ambushed him with all of our questions, asking him to prove why he was the right Realtor for us. He was very thorough in his answers and he basically showed us why he was the right candidate for the job. My wife actually wanted to use another Realtor she had met at an open house, but I convinced her to give Chris a try. First of all, we were very impressed with Chris’s level of marketing expertise. No other Realtor used video to market our house before so we were delighted to see the final results. I’m an accountant so I really appreciated the backdoor password to Chris’s site so we could check out where the buyers were coming from. It seemed like any question we had for Chris, he not only answered but went above and provided us with a higher level of service than we could have ever expected from a Realtor. It took us a while to sell our house because I was initially hesitant to put the house on the market for what Christopher said we should. Wouldn’t you know that our offer was within $2000 of what Christopher told us we should have listed our house for!    Sorry Chris for the initial mistrust there. You did a great job and we were highly impressed with your professionalism. You can rest assured that we will recommend your services to any of our friends and family who need them in the future!   Tom & Leesa

6.    We used Christopher after another agent failed to sell our house. Christopher sent us a marketing plan in the mail so we could look at and decide if we wanted to use his services of not. Christopher followed up with a phone call a week or so later, and we decided to use him as our Realtor. Christopher did so many things to market our house that our last Realtor did not use, we were wondering how come we didn’t come across him sooner. We were very impressed with Christopher’s professionalism and attention to every little detail of the transaction. Our house ended up selling for more than the asking price because there were two other buyers competing for our house as well. We LOVED the video so much, that we asked Christopher to burn us a copy of this video as a keepsake! Thank you Christopher for all your hard work and dedication to selling our house! Please let us know if we can do anything else for you and have a great week! Mike “Harley” & Angie

7.    Christopher gave us a call one day after he saw a dumpster outside our house. He asked if we were contemplating selling our house and we said that we were. We also said that we were planning on using a Realtor that had been recommended to us. Christopher asked if he could just come by and spend a half hour with us to go over his marketing plan and that maybe he could offer us another alternative. After Christopher left our house, we were happy he decided to come by and share his marketing plan with us. He gave us this list of questions (Does Your Realtor…) to ask other Realtors if we were planning on interviewing more agents. We decided not to even ask the other agent to come by our house and went with Christopher. We loved all of the things he did to show off our home. He shot this video of our home and put it on his website. A week or so later, Christopher calls us and says that this man saw our video in Virginia and is coming to visit over the weekend and wants to see the house. This guy ends up writing an offer on the house; we accept, and the rest is history! Wow, we are happy to have Christopher as our Realtor and will recommend him everyone who needs his services! Thank you! Tiffany & Andrew
