Arrangement of Service: By telephone requires customer's social security number, birth date, driver's license number (if from out of state, that's okay until you get Iowa DL), a previous address, new address, place of employment, home and work numbers.  A deposit is required which is the highest bill from the past 12 months of the new address.

Electrical Services:

Arrangement for Service: Previous customers can sign up over the phone.  New customers must have deposit or letter of credit within 2 weeks.  Deposit would be the highest bill from the past 12 months of the new address requested.  Must call 24 hours in advance to receive service on time.

Billing Options:

1. Easy Pay Option: allows customers to have automatic payment made by bank or credit union.
2. Budget Billing Plan: allows customers to pay equal monthly installments.
3. Time of Day Pricing: allows customers who expect to use more electricity on off-peak hours to sign up for reduced price during those periods.
