Hello world! Isn't that what you say when you first start a blog for the very first time? I am excited about this particular blog because it's contained within my very own website www.christophersmithrealtor.com I have worked very hard to provide a website that gives the consumer what they are looking for: information on cedar rapids real estate so that they can make educated decisions about where they would like to live, and the Realtor that they would like to work with.
My website has one of the top search engine rankings in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for the top three key search phrases: Cedar Rapid's real estate, Cedar Rapid's Realtor, and Skogman Realty. In a nutshell, this means that if you choose to list your house with me, you will receive the most exposure possible to sell your house quicker, and for close to the asking price. The number one variable that sells houses today in any market across the country is exposure. Ninety-nine percent of Realtors miss the boat when they don't advertise your house statewide, region wide, and nationally. You are missing a huge segment of the market that could potentially buy your house; and that market is relocations.
