Have a Question For a Realtor? I'll Need a DNA Sample First!
My how time flies. In January, I'll be starting my third year as a Realtor selling Cedar Rapids real estate with Skogman Realty. In that short time, I've learned an awful lot about the stereotypes that potential buyers and sellers have with us Realtor folk.
For some, it's not unlike the used car salesman stereotype. The minute you turn the knob on your first Open House visit on Sunday, you are greeted with a heavily scented, moused hair, speed talker that not only wants to sell you his house today, but sell your entire family a house. He's a little too verbally aggressive and he also invades your "bubble" if you know what I mean.
That is precisely why I set up my Questions tabs on my home page. If you have a question for a Realtor, a Lender, or a Relocation Specialist, just click on the appropriate button, fill out your question and send it off. It's that simple. After your question is answered by the Realtor (me), the Lender (one of many preferred in town), or the Relocation Specialist (Skogman Realty's), you will NOT be solicited in anyway.
I know that when I was an elementary school teacher and going through the buying process, I had tons of questions but was hesitant because I did not want to get 'attacked' by a stalker agent who was a little too verbose in his approach. Having a professional answer your questions and leave you alone is what I designed and what you'll get when you go to this section on my homepage.
So, ask away first time home buyer, those curious about mortgage loans, or the relocator from Austin, Texas. We're here to answer all of your questions; but first we'll need a DNA sample!!!
