This distinction is earned by the very few committed real estate professionals who place value and service of their clients above all else.  Mr. Smith completed the required elements and took an oath to uphold the high standards and code of conduct that the Master Sales Association demands.  Less than 1% of Realtors nationwide have even attempted to earn this designation.
