When I started in real estate, there were over 950 Realtors in the Cedar Rapids real estate community.  As of present, there are just under 800.  It seems like attrition rates in Realtors are high, largely due to the fact that most Realtors can't afford to go for months at a time without a sale from a buyer or seller.
