Cedar Rapids Real Estate Market is Great!

Okay, everyone who has heard about the national "doom and gloom" forecast and predictions, raise their hand!  Okay, how about the nose dive with our stock market?  How about the financial bailout of several major banks and lending institutions?

Heard enough?  Ready for some good news!  Here it is.  Our Cedar Rapids Real Estate market is great.  It is a true buyers market as there is plenty of inventory in all price ranges to choose from.  Lenders, whether it be a bank or credit union have money to lend people with good credit history.  Interest rates are currently below 6% for a 30 year Fixed Rate mortgage loan, and the trend is going down!

It has never been a better time to buy a house.  First time home buyers have lending institutions standing by to give them "no closing costs" loans.  If you've served in our military, first of all, thank you for your service to our country.  Second, VA loans and other resources are available to you and your families here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

  1. Are you in the market to buy a house in the Cedar Rapids area?
  2. Have you been putting off having your house listed so you can move into your next house?
  3. Are you concerned that the national forecast is affecting our local markets here in Cedar Rapids?  If so, get in touch with me so I can explain our local market conditions and start the process of educating you and your family regarding our current market conditions.  There is no substitute for educating yourself so that you can make an informed decision regarding Cedar Rapids real estate.
